Soudage carrosserie<\/h2>\n

Une caisse en blanc d’une v\u00e9hicule typique peur poss\u00e9der plus de 3,000 soudage par points, bossages et molettes, soit sur des sous-ensembles ou soit pendant l’assemblage finale. Des grande quantit\u00e9s des postes a pinces et machines aux points standard ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplacer par des postes et cellules robotique pour la r\u00e9duction de travail manuelle et l’am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9.

Multi Welders<\/h2>\n

For greater productivity, several resistance\u00a0spotweld or projection\u00a0heads can be mounted in one frame, at various angles if necessary, to produce a weld pattern that is mainly limited by the part geometry. Loading\/unloading of component parts can be manual or automatic and automatic transfer can be incorporated.<\/p>\n

Robot Cells<\/h2>\n

The changing forms of body shape often called for robotised solutions; there are two main choices for resistance welding:<\/p>\n

Either the robot is used as a manipulator to pick up sub-assemblies and pass them through one or several resistance spot welding stations (and maybe other processes) before unloading completed parts.<\/p>\n

Or, where parts are loaded into (heavy) fixtures and the robot manipulates an on-board spot welding gun around the part.<\/p>\n

Sciaky have supplied many variations of these cells to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, each cell having its own computerised or PLC control system and full safety guarding.<\/p>\n

In many cases, a robot cell will have included ancillary operations like automatic electrode dressing and changing to minimise the need for intervention.
