We can help you with any breakdown. If you have an operational or welding problem that is impairing or stopping your production, we need the fullest information to enable us to help you swiftly.
To help us to help you, please provide :
- Nature of the problem (photos can be very helpful); if it is a welding problem
- Tell us the materials involved and give machine settings where possible.
- Type of machine and serial number (photos if these are not known)
- Type of control (again, photos can be invaluable)
- Location of machine and name of technical contact for us to use for further information
