Welding Control Repairs
We can undertake repairs to resistance welding machine controls supplied by Sciaky, depending upon their age; some controls we supplied some 30 years ago are still in service!
The limitation is normally the availability of components, as they go out of fashion; welding controls use many components used by computers, and they become unobtainable after a few years.
We carry out repairs either on site or at our Slough factory; the latter is preferable as we have bench testing equipment and extended bench-testing is available.
We hold stocks of parts for SY-SOL units and we will try to obtain components for older ones.
If a control is beyond economical repair we can suggest a suitable upgrade.
